Cab

TCi cabs provide an exceptionally robust, quiet, and comfortable working environment designed to reduce operator fatigue throughout the day.
The parallel-action air-suspension seat is wide and ergonomic. Its fully adjustable backrest reclines and features angle adjustment, seat extension, and lumbar support, allowing every operator to achieve an optimal driving position.

Integrated heating and ventilation ensure excellent comfort, regardless of weather conditions. Ample, strategically placed storage compartments keep personal belongings and documents within easy reach while maintaining an organized workspace.

Engine

822 Engine

The engine of the 822E is a 6.7 liter TCi FPT N67, stage V, 6-cylinder. Powerful, quiet and reliable, the engine has been developed to provide adequate power, rapid response, low consumption and low running costs. The machine has a hot shutdown feature allowing the turbo compressor to cool sufficiently before engine shutdown, thereby increasing turbo life.

Levelling Corrector

The TCi 822 feller-buncher is available with a leveling system; in this configuration, it is designated the L822. This enables operation in very rugged terrain. The system utilizes two massive hydraulic cylinders and heavy-gauge steel components to provide a solution that is both simple and robust. Maximum leveling capability is 26° forward and 7° backward. Lateral leveling is ±22°.

Crane

The TCi H822 can be equipped with cranes offering reaches of 8.2 m, 9.1 m, or 11.2 m to meet the specific requirements of any job site. Their maximum lifting capacities at full reach are 3,700 kg, 3,100 kg, and 2,500 kg, respectively, ensuring high performance when handling even the most demanding harvester heads.

The cranes can be fitted with the ER (Energy Recovery) system. This technology allows the operator to extend and retract the crane while maintaining a horizontal path using a single joystick. Movements are smoother, faster, and more precise, reducing the number of control inputs required.

By recovering energy generated during crane movements, the ER system lowers hydraulic demand, helping to reduce fuel consumption while speeding up work cycles. It also reduces operator fatigue, making it easier to maintain high productivity levels throughout the day.

Transmission

822 Transmission

The TCi 822 is available with either a D6 (R6152) or D7 (R7150) undercarriage, allowing the machine to be adapted to various operating conditions.

The TCi LH822, equipped with a leveling system, comes standard with a D7 undercarriage and features an extended track length on the ground of 4.14 m, providing superior stability on uneven terrain and steep slopes.

The TCi H822 and LH822 models can be fitted with 610 mm or 710 mm wide track shoes. In the European configuration with 610 mm shoes, the overall width remains under 3.00 m, facilitating road transport without compromising operational stability.
